SYNOPSIS
Heather, successful and affluent, has arranged a meeting with Carla, struggling financially and now pregnant with her 5th child. They have not met for 20 years when Carla bullied and tormented Heather at school. Heather offers a large sum of money to Carla to help her get vengeance on her husband. The plot takes some dark twists and turns before her true shocking plan is revealed
ROLES
We encourage actors of all identities and backgrounds to audition.
Heather: Early 30s. Affluent, educated and sophisticated. Very much in control.
Carla: Early 30s. Mother of 4 with 5th on way. Not well educated. Desperate for money.
ACCENTS
Heather speaks with an educated, standard English accent (RP). Carla speaks with a stronger local accent – somewhere around the London area. Don’t stress too much about this for the audition as we will be working on accents during rehearsals but for the auditions please do your best with an English accent that works for your character.
